We love making people’s home ownership dreams come true, and our sales incentive brings your goal within even closer reach.  Every home buyer at The Villages of Park DuValle receive a sales incentive toward the purchase of his home.*  This product was developed to enhance the already attractive value of a new construction home in Park DuValle.

The incentive is in the form of a Soft Second Mortgage, which means that a lien will be placed on the property for the specified incentive amount.  However, there is no monthly payment made on this Second Mortgage, and it is forgivable over a ten-year period.  Sale or transfer of the home before the expiration of the ten years would require full or partial repayment of the Second Mortgage.  (Please see Policy Description for full details).

Currently, Phase III incentives range from $5,000.00 to $13,000.00.

Determining criteria include, but not limited to, first-time home buyer status, annual household income, number of people in household, and amount of home buyer downpayment.

* Resales of homes within The Villages of Park DuValle are eligible on a case-by-case basis.  Please check with the Sales Center.
